This keynote session was given by Dr. Starsky Wilson, President and CEO of the Children's Defense Fund on July 13, 2024 at St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Indianapolis, IN as part of a City Impact Symposium and in conjunction with our CDF Freedom School.
