This gentle yoga practice is a series of postures that stimulate and cleanse the body through the connection of movement with the breath. It can be performed by most individuals regardless of fitness level. This class is appropriate for those new to yoga and those who want a weekly class experience to support their practice. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, block and tie/strap(props no longer provided). The instructor is Vickie Hague.
