⭐Small Group - Berdel (Online)

This is an existing group that is welcoming new people. It meets on Mondays at 7PM, via Zoom. This group is open to all who wish to consider, think, dialogue about walking the walk of faith. They may not always agree on issues but they affirm the Wesleyan approach of respect, listening and sharing as they affirm the Wesleyan four fold approach for seeking truth: SCRIPTURE, TRADITION, REASON, and EXPERIENCE!
There are currently nine members ranging from the 30's to 70s. We have various approaches to theology and affirm the paradigm of more questions than there are answers. We do not seek orthodoxy. We are truth seekers committed in the love of JESUS to each other and to walking the walk that matches our talk (as we decide what we believe)! We laugh, we cry, we study, and we pray for discernment!
We meet from 7-8 pm each Monday ALWAYS on ZOOM. The first 30 minutes we discuss the Sunday sermon regarding the message and what spoke to us. From 7:30 to 7:55 we discuss a great book! We are currently studying Anne Lamott's book, Traveling Mercies.
